Konzbator Peace Summit

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan hereby open the Konzbator Peace Summit, to finally put an official end to the war that recently ravaged the Global Federation. Representatives from all nations that were involved are invited: Ebsotz, Xaje, Chackle, Lockdownn, Artite. Other nations can send their representatives aswell, and are welcome.
Even though the war has practically ended, there is no official peace treaty between the nations, thus, our nations are still at war. Once the representatives arrive, we can begin our conversation and discuss peace.

Representative of the United Kingdoms of Apepistan will be Ambassador Lord Muhtar Tenger.

Ambassador Eltain Huni will attend.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Kaspar Obradovic will attend.

Xaje will not attend. We are still at war with Ebsotz, and diplomacy is not the best way to solve things like a war with him.

The war shall continue.

I will attend this summit only on the ground as an observer and only when I need to step in will I step in, I am going to say that the sailing of Xaje's warships anywhere near Ebsotz was an unprovoked move. He should have been no where near Ebsotz to the point where they could get his warships on radar. To our knowledge Ebsotz and Xaje have never had good relations with one another and as such this has caused high tensions between the two states.

Apocryphi will mediate if requested, otherwise there is no reason for us to attend.

We wish for the best outcome for all to emerge from this conference.

Indeed, we can begin discussion. However, as Xaje has refused diplomatic approach, the only thing we can do here is to discuss how to help stabilize Ebsotz, and what our final terms against Xaje are going to be.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan does not want to take away Xaje's right as a state. However, their state must not be formed on ebsotzian soil. Therefore, as Xaje is refusing to make peace, the United Kingdoms of Apepistan will aim to retake the territories of Ebsotz currently under illegal occupation by Xaje.

Lord Muhtar Tenger:

As the war with Xaje is over with the victory of Ebsotz and Apepistan, this Peace Summit no longer serves a purpose. Thank you all for attending.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan hereby open the II. Konzbator Peace Summit, in order to reach an agreement between the two sides of the Anti-Fascist War. All nations are invited to join and share their opinions and help reach peace, however their signatures will not be ultimately required in order to close the treaty.

Chief Ambassador Viltimune Iglesha has requested participation in this summit.

Welcome. Now we're waiting for the representative of St. Nikolo. However, I suggest we begin the talks right now, to save time - and with time, millions of lives.

The N.S.E.A. was the first one who opened up the topic of peace talks. May we hear what kind of deal they had in mind?

My superior has given me clear authority to sign and peace treaty between the Holy Empire and the National Socialist Empire.

It is in the interest of the National Socialist Empire that we survive this war, in such case we are willing to relinquish control of half of the country so that the Imperial Family can resume control of their former Empire. The N.S.E.A however will relocate our capital to the west. Imperial Artite can return to the east and settle right back into Rofinta. We are not monsters here though, we are only seeking for the survival of our nation.

Once we can agree on this point I will continue onto our terms.

Quite frankly, let me begin with my own opening statement:

Your Majesties,

The N.S.E.A has been in chaos for the recent few months. What I think we should do is combine the two powers: Imperialism and Fascism. Sure, many of my men have died at the hands of the Fascists, but I have realized my own mistake: Sending 'em there in the first place. Big no-no on my part. You men can decide how you want to handle this situation. My advice is [my favorite] 1. Combine once again and form a Constitutional Monarchy, incorporating Imperialism, yet leaving the dictorial part of Fascism up to the Fascists. Split into different houses, like the Imperialist will have the Royalty House, for example. And the Fascists can have the Nationalist Senate.

Or 2. Split into East or West, and promise to be at peace with one another. Until then, I have already declared a withdraw order to Artite. If you two can settle the chaos at hand, I will send aid. Otherwise, if there still is war, stay the hell away from my nation. I mean it.

We partially agree with the proposal of St. Nikolo.
If the Holy Empire of Artite and the N.S.E.A. want to be a separate state, these are the main points we'd like to make:

- The N.S.E.A. will hand over all his territories to the Holy Empire of Artite, except for the city of St. Auben and it's administrative region/province.

- The N.S.E.A. will stop all crimes against humanity and the discrimination of it's own citizens based on ethnicity, religion, etc..

- The N.S.E.A. will pay tribute to the Holy Empire of Artite, for the war crimes they committed, and the damages they've done.

- The N.S.E.A. will limit it's military to a maximum of 100.000 soldiers.

- A Peacekeeping Force of 30.000 troops will station in the N.S.E.A. - 15.000 from the United Kingdoms of Apepistan, 10.000 from St. Nikolo, 5.000 from the Holy Empire of Artite, until peace seems to be guaranteed.

- Neither the Holy Empire of Artite, nor the N.S.E.A. will bring the other sides politicans, soldiers, public figures, etc., to court, and will allow these people to resettle in either the N.S.E.A. or the Holy Empire of Artite.

- The N.S.E.A. will formally give up his claims on the Protectorate of Lockdownn.

I see no problem with this, but there is one thing, the fact that the N.S.E.A still exists. The Emperor will allow the Northern Province where most of the fascists originate from to become an autonomous province, still under the official flag of the Holy Empire but has more wiggle room for making its own laws, reduce the standing army of the N.S.E.A to 15,000 and we can sign a peace treaty ending this war finally.

I agree with you, Lord Kriigma. Here are the updated terms of peace:

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan hereby open the III. Konzbator Peace Summit, in order to open an international court for stabilising the lands of Artite. The Holy Empire of Artite could not recover from the fascist war, and now the whole nation is in ruins. The nations of the Global Federation must answer the duty of peacefully discussing and deciding about the future of the Artitian lands. Our goal is to establish small, separate protectorates overwatched by the nations of the Global Federation, in order to reach long lasting stability in the region.

Every nation is welcome in this summit, but please note that the primary decision makers will be those who helped fight the fascist war, namely:

Under the grant of the Nikoloan Royal Government, we would like to welcome the Artitians back into our arms. They would trust us with there life, I guarantee it. We shall begin repairs on the fallen nation firsthand, if the deal goes our way. We will restore the Artitians style of architecture, and most importantly, preserve there culture.

We propose our land claims here: The East Side of the land mass. The capitol shall be split between the rest of the requesting lands' nations.


Artite shall be restored to its former glory.

The United Kingdoms of Apepistan support the claims of St. Nikolo, and also approve the Republic of Kitt having a buffer zone due to safety reasons. Here is a proposed map:

That seems a logical solution. The area that'd be given to St. Nikolo shall be then given to Apocryphi, and the area currently given to Apocryphi shall be given to Kitt, if that is acceptable to all parties.
