Weirdest things in your nation

Post by Apepistan on Wed Jun 24, 2015 5:28 am

Do your people slap each other as greetings?
Do they eat snails with their fingers?

No? Fear not!
Whatever that might seem weird to foreigners, you can post here! Eating habits, social customs, traditions, etc., share with us!

As I already mentioned in the RMB, a weird thing in Apepistan is that people drink kumis. And they actually like it.

Yes, it's fermented horse milk. If you think that's gross, it's almost like drinking kefir, except it has a low alcohol content. Some people use extra techniques to make a stronger beverage from it.

I think I mentioned this in a post at some point in the WA. In Xolox, you will not find a depiction(at least from a Loxan source), aside from video, of some who is very highly respected while they are ill or old aged. They like to preserve the youthful or strong image of their heroes, and they do it by making sure there are no other images to interfere with it.
