General Arbona is in critical condition due to the crass conditions he was allowed to be kept in. We are currently trying to stabilize him at our elite only hospital. I highly encourage his government's officials to fly here and retrieve him. Miching Yorguschmich is currently being detained and will be receiving medical treatment for acute psychosis and positive schizophrenia. He will not be attending any court until his illness recedes to the point of stability.
