Freer Trade Act of 2015

The Freer Trade Act of 2015

1. Hereby decrees that member states of the Global Federation shall not impose a tariff on each other that is above 15%.

2. Hereby actively encourages member states to trade with each other and increase exports and imports.

3. Hereby installs the 'United Commission of Trade', to monitor global trade, to promote global trade, and to insure safety of global trade.
3b. The United Commission of Trade shall be abbreviated 'UCT'
3c. UCT headquarters shall be in the author nation of the Mid East Federation, In Tel Aviv.
3d. UCT shall operate a consulate in each nation of the world.
3e. Nations of the world are to give 0.05% of their GDP to the UCT as membership fees annually.
3f. Nations of the world may delay payment of membership fees for a maximum of 3 years if they are unable before being removed.

3f implies that nations are not obligated to join in the act? Just to clarify is membership voluntary or is this a regionwide law?

All nations that vote in favor of this will be added, membership is voluntary.

I would advise something to be added in there pertaining to international conflict. The relationships between nations may vary worldwide so membership for everyone isn't entirely feasible.

Indeed that is why their is no articles on the possibility of embargo, etc. So if a nation goes at war they are free to do whatever they want to block trade with their rival, however it will be frowned upon by the commission.
