[Dismissed] Recruitment Letter

I am going to start off by saying that we absolutely need a recruitment letter. The current one we have is horrible beyond reputable standards so I am devising this contest to come up with a one of a kind yet informational recruitment letter that can actually stand a chance against our neighbor regions.
Soooo to start off, the recruitment letter must contain helpful information as well as links. It must be written in a way where spelling and grammatical mistakes are almost non existent. And it should be sightly brief if possible not longer then two full paragraphs.
Now..... to submit it, insert your draft into a post on this thread by surrounding it with [spoiler] tags.
I will then create a poll for the submissions and everyone should vote on the one that feels best fit for this region.
The submission with the most votes wins and the author of that submission will get customizable rank (the thing under your avatar) and a colored username.
I will leave the submissions portion of this contest open until 6/19/15. After that then the voting will start.

So I just sent Apocryphi's and MEF's(even though he left) letters both with 750 stamps(250 new/500 refounded) and we can use whichever pulls in the most as our main letter.
