This act will provide the lawful allowance to bring anything into public petition.

(Section 1.) When a nation decides that they want an executive action to take place whether it be the removal or immediate amendment of a proposal, or a banjection of a nation, they can then decide to submit a public proposal for a petition for an immediate executive action.

(Section 2.) For a petition to be cast, on must first submit it to the judges of The Global Federation who will then deliberate amongst themselves whether it should be considered for voting on the council. If the judges agree to allow the petition to pass, it will hit the council voting floor where it can be voted down by the council's members.

(Section 3.) If it passes the voting floor of the council, the petition must be submitted to the head representative for approval. The head representative does have the power to veto the petition but if their actions are found to be not legally binding or with good reason then a case can be brought against them.

(Section 4.) Once it is approved by the HR then it may be submitted for public vote. Once on the floor, any member registered on the forum and on the map for at-least a week can vote. Voting will last for Three full days or seventy-two hours. If the votes against tallied after the voting has completed outweigh the votes for then it will automatically be dismissed. If it is passed then it will be sent to the President of The Global Federation for final Approval. Orders then will be sent to the founder if banjection is in order. Orders pertaining to a proposal or a case will then be sent to the appropriate receivers.
