The Royal Coalition Congress has been hosted by the United Kingdoms of Apepistan for  a long time now. If the Congress has nothing against it, we would be honored to keep acting as host - however, it is time we asked the honourable member states if anyone is willing to host the Royal Coalition Congress? Any member can volunteer for this duty - and if several members apply, the host will be picked randomly.

Please remember that according to the Royal Coalition Voting Procedure, Section I, Clause 3.: "The administration of voting is the responsibility of the Host of the Royal Coalition Congress." That means that being the host also means the responsibility of overwatching voting. Aside from that, and providing proper security for the Royal Coalition Congress, there are no additional duties. The Royal Coalition Registry will be kept and updated by the United Kingdoms of Apepistan.

On other news, once the membership application of the Kingdom of Danish-Jorvik is decided, the United Kingdoms of Apepistan has a proposal to further increase the effective cooperation of the Royal Coalition. Also, the Map of the Royal Coalition has been updated according to the latest expansions of the member states.

Excuse me for overlooking this proposal. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan have not requested the Royal Coalition to join the war against fascism because the Holy Empire of Artite is not a member state - and such nobody is obliged to join the war.
However, in case the Holy Empire of Artite joins the organisation, and requests our aid... that's a different matter.

Very well. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan have opened the II. Konzbator Peace Summit, as the fascist regime of Artite seems to be open for discussion now. I humbly ask the member states of the Royal Coalition, even if this is not their war, to be present at the Peace Summit in order to support peace and voice their opinions.

The application for membership by the Kingdom of Danish-Jorvik has been cast on the 1st of July, and such, the 7 days period for voting time has been exceeded. Overall only 2 votes have been casted in favour, from 7 members of the Royal Coalition Congress - with 5 members not voicing their opinions. This has brought up the issue of inactivity of our members, as it can be also seen in previous votes and discussions.

Therefore, the United Kingdoms of Apepistan propose the Royal Coalition Voting Procedure to be amended, in order to address said issue, in a way that makes the Royal Coalition Congress more efficient, yet does not hinder member states in practicising their rights.

Our amendment, Section III. of the Royal Coalition Voting Procedure is the following:

To avoid this proposal's failure due to inactivity, the amendtment shall be in power unless the majority of the Royal Coalition Congress expresses their opinion against it. The member states who are inactive have been marked so in the Royal Coalition Registry. These nations are Chackle and Arbonation, as they remained passive during the voting and discussion for "Membership application of the Kingdom of Danish-Jorvik", the "Royal Coalition Economic Agreement" and "Membership application of the Queendom of Ninth Haven" aswell.

As hosts, the United Kingdoms of Apepistan hereby prolong the application of the Kingdom of Danish-Jorvik by 1 week.

Chackle withdraws their part in the Royal Coalition.

We have updated the registry of the Royal Coalition. The United Kingdoms of Apepistan and the Crownlands of Apocryphi have been renamed to Great Khanates of Apepistan and Apokraia. St. Nikolo, the Queendom of Ninth Haven, Chackle have been removed from the member list.
The "Royal Coalition Embargo on Artite" has been removed because Artite ceased to exist as a state. The Khanate of Artistan will not be included as a successor member, as it is not an independent monarchy; the regions annexed by Kitt shall not be represented because Kitt is a republic.

The Royal Coalition Map of Member states has been updated aswell.

Hello Royal Coalition! It's been a long time, first I'd like to say it's a honor to be with such great people in this Union of monarchies. Now to get to business, as you all may know Chackle is currently in civil war against democratic rebels. The Chacklean "communist" government is violently thrashing against anyone who isn't with them. They execute or imprison anyone considered a threat. Apparently this includes Apepistani's living abroad or visiting the country. Currently they are all held prisoners in only God knows where. Chackle are a immediate danger to all of us, especially with the current information of the NUCLEAR missiles they have manufactured. They are manufacturing NUCLEAR MISSILES IN THE MIDDLE OF A CIVIL WAR! That means they can be launch by any lunatic in the chaos at any moment. Therefore I am currently bombing military sights and declared formal war. I am requesting the help of my fellow members to help me end this threat through military action. Especially Apepistan, your people are held hostage and together we're going to get them back to there families alive! Thank you for your time and sorry this was so long.
