To Gain Citizenship:
1. Must be 18+.
2. Must serve 8 months of military service or 4 months if you plan on getting a degree or have one.
3. Must have no felonies or major crimes in previous countries.
4. Must have no previous or current affiliation with a radical belief (Nazism, etc)
Other than those simple guidelines we love people coming to our country, and are a pretty open place.
For Leaving, you may just go to a local office and make your citizenship inactive and you may do whatever.

Re: Registry Of Immigration Policies
In order to gain apepistani citizenship, one must first apply for "residential & working license", which can be given to anyone above 18, with no criminal background. Once that license is given, citizenship-applicants have the following options:
1.- Serve at least 5 years in the United Kingdoms Auxiliary Forces. In order to apply for the UKAF you need to be between 18-30 years old, and able bodied. When your military service is done, you must be fluent in at least one dialect of turanic.
2.- If you have a university degree, you must live and work in Apepistan for at least 3 years, and be fluent in at least one dialect of turanic.
3.- If you have no university degree, you must live and work in Apepistan for at least 5 years, and be fluent in at least one dialect of turanic.
After the citizenship is approved, one must either join the armed forces or the militia for compulsory military service, or if above 35 years old, one must pay "shield tax" which is a sum of money one must pay to the government instead of doing the military service. The shield tax can be paid in amounts the person decides to, but must be paid in over two years. The amount of the shield tax is the equivalent of the food, accomodation and equipment for a year of two soldiers. Those who gained membership via serving in the United Kingdoms Auxiliary Forces are not obliged to serve further in the army, nor are the requied to pay shield tax.
Alternatively, the Council of Kingdoms, the Council of the United Kingdoms and the Ahet-Apep can grant someone citizenship without any of the above requirements or processes.
Anyone is free to leave Apepistan and give their apepistani citizenship up. However, this will result in losing titles of honor and nobility, and the land given with these. Privately purchased land will remain the property of thee ex-citizen, however he'll have to pay extra taxes for it.

The Kingdom of Danish-Jorvik has no open-borders. There is currently noway to gain citizenship, but foreigners of allied Nations may seeks work-permits or marriage visa. Any illegal marriages with foreigners result in immediate deportation to the offending parties' country.
However there is one exception. You may come to learn about the religion, if you join a religious university you may be given a permanent visa, which makes your heirs citizens; should you convert and know the religion. Those who choose to spread the religion to others outside the Nation are also given citizenship, and will be given immediate asylum if persecuted.
