CEC :: CRYPHITE ECONOMIC COOPERATIVE
As the economic powerhouse of the Global Federation, the leadership of Apocryphi has commenced the running of the Cryphite Economic Cooperative (CEC), or Cryphite EC. The aim of this organisation is to support and nurture the growth of developing economies across the region following various regional events (i.e. Acts of destruction, wars and general economic turmoil) through use of effective loans, payment plans, and supplies of useful products and resources. The leadership of the CEC has been given to one Lord Kristofor Blackmont, a loyal trustee of the Crown of whom will oversee the organisation on behalf of the King. Lord Blackmont will be monitoring growth via the NS (NationStates) Economic Tracker, found here:

Membership Status: OPEN
International Membership: In order to join in full membership to the Cooperative, to which your nation will be supporting the growth of other nations across the region, there are several guidelines to follow, and recruitment must be open, as can be seen above. The guidelines are as follows:
- Your nation must have a strong economy (GDP exceeding $80 trillion)
- GDP per capita above $20,000
- Population above 2.5 billion
- Income tax below 50%
- Unemployment below 5%
An application to join may be submitted at any time, but may not be accepted until such time membership is open, to which is decided by the leadership of Apocryphi, of whom maintain full control over the organisation.
Sponsorship: A sponsor is a nation of whom is being supported by the organisation financially, with details of sponsorship changing between nations due to the differing economic needs and requirements. When a nation becomes a sponsor, it is subject to certain terms, as stated below. Each sponsorship follows several main categories, and sponsorship may be withdrawn at any time through majority voting by the full-members of the organisation, or by decree of the leadership. The terms of sponsorship are as follows:
- A sponsor will house a number of economic specialists within its nation, each going where necessary to monitor growth and encourage where needed.
- A financial advisor will be dispatched to the Head of Government to convey the wishes of the organisation on the government, and help plan the economic future of the nation. Each advisor will be responsible for all economic specialists within its presiding nation.
- The advisor must hold significant influence in all economic planning. Ultimately subject to the leadership of the CEC.
- A sponsor may request certain goods and fund amounts, and accepts that they may receive more or less on the request of the financial advisor or CEC leadership.

- Payment span over time
- Materials
- Products
- Specialists
- Other manufactured goods

A nation can request it directly through this page, with details of what their government view is needed, following the 7 categories above.
OR
A member of the CEC will request it via telegram, or through suggestion on this page.
All sponsors must agree to the terms in order to receive the benefits of the organisation.

I would however ask for clarification on 'official payment'. Is this CEC loans being specified?

Yes, it's not a matter of funds, lord knows we have the money, but our government is not stable and with the recent and ongoing conflicts and rebellions we are pre-occupied with trying to up-hold law and order. Our news network has taken a huge hit from several rebellion groups so we have not been able to....broadcast the severity of the damage that is currently getting worse.

Update: The CEC thanks Ebsotz for its donation, and hopes for the continued growing of its economy.
Economic stimulus has begun in Chackle and Arbonation with specialists taking up places around the nations and planning new builds and structures to assist in growth, the first wave of funding dispatched.
The economic package to Lockdownn is still withheld due to a lack of response from the government. The sponsorship offer however stands for the time being.

Update: Economic growth in Chackle has jumped at the initiation of CEC Assistance, the GDP of the nation has already increased by $8 trillion, this is expected to continue with CEC assistance across the nation.
Growth has also already taken place in the economic slumping nation of Arbonation, another state that has requested sponsorship from the CEC.
New roads have already been erected in both sponsorship nations, along with buildings such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets and even bowling alleys. The construction of other transports links such as railways and even a number of airports has been commissioned by the Financial Advisor within both states and construction is well underway. It is expected with the lower tariffs, businesses from CEC members will branch out into the new fledgling economies, seizing the financial opportunity available to them.
We hope for continued growth in the coming months!
