No. He will only be removed from his seat as a representative, as member-states can only have a representative in one seat in the government. And that is only if he wins the election as Judge or President, which he can choose not to run in. I don't see the problem here.

If you believed that the constitution was rigged, you should not have voted in favor of it becoming our constitution...

You can run for whatever you want, but you can only hold one position at a time.

Currently, you are the representative of Aualesia. If you decided to run for judge, you could and nothing would happen. If you won the election and became a judge, you would then be the judge, but you would lose your position as the representative of Aualesia. If the presidency then became available, and you ran for that and won, then you would be the president, but you would have to give up your position as judge.
