We don't need to telegram him, he'll make time on his own. If it doesn't work out, it's not a bad idea to leave a seat open for any new-comers.

I suggest this council position is now re-elected, however I'm not sure who is available for the job!

As nobody active inhabits this continent, by the constitution the whole region may vote on its councillor.
