Cordelia Qausuittuq :

I would like to allow my colleague & also the Honourable Minster of Environment, George Iqaluktuuttiaq to speak on behalf of our delegations proposed environmental agreements.

George Iqaluktuuttiaq :

Thank you, Ministre Qausuittuq. Ladies & Gentlemen of this summit, before I begin I would like to say the following. This summit was brought up by the Prime Minister of Handenosaunee, William Greyowl & the High Chief, Crawford Nuvupigaq. This idea came to mind because they knew that the majority of nations were completely violating the environment & a countless amount of ecosystems. They also knew that pollution is a huge issue & the rising temperatures would no doubt have a devastating effect.

Prime Minister Greyowl knew that as an Indigenous person, it is one of our most important values & morals to protect the earth & treat it with the utmost respect. This is truly the reason why he knew that an international environmental summit must be called. On behalf of The Right Honourable Prime Minister, William Greyowl of the Democratic Union of Handenosaunee, I would like to thank all of you for attending this summit.

To move on with our delegations proposed environmental agreements, I will now state what we are bringing forth.

Our aim of these agreements are :

- Holding the increase in the global average temperature to well below 2 °C above pre-industrial levels and to pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5 °C above pre-industrial levels, recognising that this would significantly reduce the risks and impacts of climate change;

- Increasing the ability to adapt to the adverse impacts of climate change and foster climate resilience and low greenhouse gas emissions development, in a manner that does not threaten food production;

- Making finance flows consistent with a pathway towards low greenhouse gas emissions and climate-resilient development

*Two men from the Rommandan delegation quietly take their seat in the back, they are the Rommandan Consul before the Democratic Union of Handenosaunee and an a cited expert on Energy and Sustainability, as usual and “For the sake of reasons” as the Rommandan High Chancellor often typifies, the later delegate also hold a rank within the military.

They quietly observes the proceedings*

Kaisergarde Charles:
I'm in full agreement with George Iqaluktuuttiaq's aims. We need to enact laws that force our industries to comply with them, but won't harm our nations economically. Or at least keep impact to a minimum.
Also quick question to the King of Chackle. I know with your blockade you can leave when ever you'd like. Are all non Handeno delegates, the Rommandian delegates, King Constantine, and me, allowed to return home after this summit?

Kaisergarde Charles:

I'm sorry everyone but I need to leave. I have been invited for dinner and extended stay at the Chacklean Capital. I'm sorry I have to leave from such important business but this is the first time I have been invited over to there on peaceful relations and I'd like to build on our nations relationship. Plus it gives me another chance to visit Caledonia and maybe even Apepistan again. I'll be replaced by Ms. Drews, Administrator of the Hassanyian Environmental Protection Department. Very knowledgeable and intelligent lady. I wish everyone here luck and I'm grateful to finally visit this beautiful country. Goodbye everybody and God bless.
