After the harsh victory over the communist government the new government has announced that with the funds acquired from the communist governments treasury that it will reconstruct its failing infrastructure. The nations current infrastructure was old, and outdated. Even the capital seen very little infrastructure. The country has no leader as the rebellion leaders start drafting the new constitution and when the elections will commence. The nation has announced that it will put a lot of funds into the industry and modernize it to reduce the pollution of the nations old factories. The country has no military to defend it so it will start training new troops to insure the nations safety. People cheer on the new government and hope that they will bring greatness to the country and will insure that it has a good future.

Troops stay in a Chackle
The Hassanian Army is deciding to stay in a Chackle for the time being, building temporary bases around the area to oversee and support rebuilding, and to see the new elections and constitution go on smoothly. The Army will also hunt down any other resistance groups left from the old regime. There is no need for worry, any troop marches or helicopters armed with machine guns fly by that's the old boys in blue keeping Chackle safe.

The Great Khanates of Apepistan and Apokraia have begun rebuilding the region that was agreed on by the Nagunsky peace summit. The Great Khanates are creating an extraordinary plan for this, as they have given temporary home for 5 million Chackleans whose property was destroyed or damaged, in various spots of Apepistan. The Apepistani workers who will help rebuild the area are already coming to the region en masse, supported by the government of the Great Khanates.
As the work may last several years, they are allowed and supported that they take their families with themselves, and are given housing too.

The current number of Chackleans temporarily resettled in Apepistan are around 5 million, which is roughly the number of how many working-class Apepistani citizens (including their families) are going to come for the rebuilding, however, the government of the Great Khanates have said that this number on both sides will increase in the future.

Workers living Abroad
After hearing the news of Chackles efforts to build a new hydroelectric damn, Hassanyian construction companies struck a deal to send there unskilled workers and managers over to the damn to learn some job skills. They will be living for the duration of the project in a few self made Hassanyian towns along with there families (if they have them). It is expected to send over 5 million volunteers, including doctors, car mechanics, pastors, and law enforcement, etc, to supply the towns with the goods that every settlement would need. "I've always wanted to live abroad somewhere new and different!" Says the gitty single Rebecca Rice. "Hopefully the bars are just as fun as back home "

Mini Hassany inside of Chackle
With work continuing on the Kesvic Dam, the population of Hassanians has swollen to 13 million up and down all across the river. Relief effort headquarters for the distribution of food and other supplies has moved to the new main city of this region, now proudly named "Caledonia".The King himself plans to visit Caledonia and the partnered Dam project to see first hand how the project is doing.

The Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Handenosaunee and newly elected President of The Democratic Republic Chackle meet in the Kesvonic, the capital of Chackle to discuss the terms and agreements of an alliance treaty between the two countries & of a proposed investment by Chackle into the logging sector of Handenosaunee.

The Prime Minister of Handenosaunee, William Greyowl arrived at the International Kesvonic Airport Friday morning and was escorted to the official residence of the President of Chackle shortly after. When arriving at the International Kesvonic Airport, The Prime Minister stated the following to reporters at a short press conference.

The Government of Handenosaunee and my delegation are very happy to be in here in Kesvonic to discuss the future positive relations that we wish to have with the Democratic Republic of Chackle and also to future investment deals and such. We hope for the best, Thank you.

The meeting between Handenosaunee and Chackle delegations began Friday afternoon and lasted around 2 & half hours. After the meetings it was announced that the Democratic Republic of Haudenosaunee and The Democratic Republic of Chackle had signed an alliance treaty. The main part of the treaty is a military defense agreement between the two countries. Also, an investment deal by Chackle into the logging sector of Handenosaunee was signed but it was faced with strict environmental preservation terms & agreements strongly negotiated by the delagation of Handenosaunee, more specifically by the Minister of The Environment and Climate Change, George Iqaluktuuttiaq.

With the recent success of the "population swap" method of Apepistan and Apokraia, the government of the Great Khanates has begun to continue this strategy.

In the upcoming weeks, up to 20 million Chacklean citizens, whose property was damaged, or life conditions were hindered, will be given new housing and jobs in Apepistan.
Their places will be filled by Apepistani workers and their families, who will help rebuild the area. As the Government and Armed Forces of the Great Khanates have both deemed the area "still potentially dangerous", workers will be permitted to carry and own weapons, if they have passed a license test for it. With the 20+ million Apepistanis coming in the next weeks, an enormous strain is being put on the Apepistani transport routes and infrastructure, so army transport units are also deployed to help.
Soon, more than 25 million Apepistani workers including their families, plus the soldiers, will help rebuild.

Following the settling of 30 million Apepistani workers and their families in the "Great Khanates Rebuilding Sector of Chackle", the government has announced that another 25 million workers will be needed in order to fully restore the area.

Many Chackleans do not want to leave their homes because of minor damages, but the government of the Great Khanates insists that the Chacklean locals need to be relocated in order to ensure a safe and secure rebuilding process.
Those who resist rebuilding are forbidden to be removed via violence, but the government of the Great Khanates insists that only those Chackleans will receive food, water, and other supplies, who cooperate with the rebuilding process. This has basically forced those who wanted to stay out of their homes. Many Chackleans are starting to refuse offers of housing and work in Apepistan, and choose to move into another region in Chackle instead.

With these events, the "Great Khanates Rebuilding Sector of Chackle" has a clear Apepistani majority now in terms of population. This has led to a series of riots against the Chacklean Peacekeeping Legion of the United Army of the Great Khanates of Apepistan and Apokraia (C.P.L. - U.A.G.K.A.A.), or C.P.L. for short. The C.P.L. has put a quick end to these and has dispersed the rioters, which caused even more Chackleans to try their fortune outside the Rebuilding Sector.

Unrest in Chackle
The Hassanyian ran Caledonian area of Chackle is in a code yellow state of preparedness. After observing riots in Apepistani sector of Chackle police around the area have been instructed to keep peace between Chackleans and Hassanyians in the territory. Riot squads have been sent to major settlements and to Caledonia City to reinforce the peace and to inspect a local problem. It appears that in the rural areas of Caledonia there has been reports of beaten Chackleans and burned down houses. Police believe it's a attempt to scare away Chackleans from the territory. The mysterious group has been well hidden and will take time to uncover.

After the killings of many Chackleans and houses of Chackleans being burnt down, the Chacklean president has responded on this issue. The lands where alway's Chackle's and due nto the recent rebuilding's over 2.6 million hassanian's have entered the lands. Many Chackleans have called this 'Taking over' and the government has ordered a bill to remove the hassanian permission to send any more of them in Chackle due to the supposed group. Here is what Chris Lubrask had to say.

Chrish Lubrask wrote:The lands of Hufre, or as the Hassanian's call them 'Caledonia Area' has always been part of Chackle. Over 6 million Chackleans have lived there 3 months ago, and now that number has decreased by 3 million due to the citizens being pushed out of their homes by Hassanian 'workers'. Well I have decided to take action on this due to the riots caused by the group. We are going to try and pass a bill to stop the Hassanian's from entering our lands with out permission. If this bill passes The Hassanian's in that region will need to move out back into their home lands. Chackleans in that region can rebuild their own homes.  

The Government of the Great Khanates has given an official statement about the Hassany-Chackle conflict, through Viktor Khazri, spokesperson of the Military.

"The government of Chackle should be supporting our progress to rebuild the area, and not threaten to kick out those who help rebuilding. With their recent actions, they are promoting violence instead of peace.
Many Chackleans in the Great Khanates Rebuilding Sector of Chackle have been leaving their homes too, and are living now in Apepistan.

The Chacklean government should be thankful that the Great Khanates and Hassany are helping rebuild. But make no mistake: Chackle was the aggressor in a war, and they have lost it - the matter of rebuilding is not only there for the sake of good will, but with the stationing of the Chacklean Peacekeeping Legion and the Hassanian troops, we also ensure that this new, fragile peace will not be broken."

Viktor Khazri continued that any aggression towards Hassany will result in the nullification of the peace treaty between the Great Khanates and Chackle.

Chacklean scientist warn that global temperatures rise at alarming rates

A Chacklean scientist by the name of Petyr Kosmolov from Lioa city announced and warned that the planets temperature had risen by .8°C. He claims that this could be catastrophic on the planet if it grows another 3°C. The government had decided to investigate on this and it seems to be a true fact. The government said that it wants to make the heating of the planet slower so it has more time to cooperate with other nations to stop the global warming.

Today Hassanyian troops did there last patrols in the Chackle country side. During this week most of the main forces plan on returning home by ship, while a small force will stay in Hassany's newest city, Caldonia. the City of Caldonia was created by Hassany for construction workers to live in while constructing the Kesvic Dam. The Chacklean government, after much debating, has desided to cease the city to Hassany as thanks for overthrowing the previous communist military regime. The city is planned to be co-ruled by both Chackle and Hassany were both of there citizens will live in peace. Caledonia will also be the first ever "Green" city, once the hydroelectric dam is complete it will supply thewhole city all the electricity it needs consuming around a calculated 27% of total power produced.

Chackle has announced that it had received a investment of 40 trillion dollars into its fossil fuels markets which could make Chackle the largest oil producer in the Global Federation. Many people had condemned the government saying that this is anti environment. The government had  responded to this saying this.


"We did indeed accept this deal from the private investors, although it sounds like it may hurt the environment a lot it won't do as much harm is it would before. We have developed a different way to extract the fossil fuels and make them less harmful to the environment. How it works is quite interesting, the pollution from the filtering centre has been greatly reduced by us making new ventilation system's that are controlled by computers, this way is much safer for the environment and can stop 60% of all the pollutants from hitting the air. This way is also 40% cleaner then the old fashioned way. All of our factories and our fossil fuel extractors will be using this or the company will be fined. Chackle needs this to help fuel its economy and boom it even more then what it is. Our GDP is growing at extremely fast rates, last month it was growing at a 7% rate and this could bring it up to 10%. We hope that his answers you questions."

Peacful Patrol
The Emperor sent out 2 battleships and 4 cruisers to the coast of the currently abandoned nation of Xolox. The sailors were sent to patrol the seas around the peninsula to prevent any pirates from looting the nations plentiful gold preserves. "We were commanded to shoot down any pirates we come across, so far we haven't seen to many." Says Admiral Nicholas Kociba in a interview. " we have had very stern orders from the Emperor Himself to NOT LAND ON THE SHORES FOR ANY REASON. Other than a few men with extreme cabin fever we have done our job well repealing looters and pirates." Admiral Kociba looks at the beaches from his battleship HDS Liberation. "And thank God we haven't, it's true anarchy on the land, I haven't seen people act this brutal sense the war..." Patrolling will continue till authorities decide what to do with the nations territory, population, slaves, and inmense wealth.

The Great Khanates of Apepistan and Apokraia

The Great Khanates have given a sound approval of increasing trade with Chackle, as the government has announced recently. The Great Khanates are open to the military trading cooperation too in case Hassany agrees aswell.

Ambassador of the Great Khanates, Lord Muhtar Tenger, has proposed a 3-nation conference to be held. For the place of the even the Great Khanates propose the Khanate of Sakalin, an island in the middle of the ocean which would be close to every nation.

The Nuclear Option
Hassany and Rommanda today started to pool together resources and man power to embark on one of the biggest projects any of them have ever done. The project is to create a nuclear power cell that can contain a life times worth of atomic energy. These "fusion cells" as they are being called are to come in 2 sizes. One the size of a Gatorade bottle and the other about the size of a AA battery. The fusion cell project is "Aimed for peaceful products to better humanity and the environment". If done right it will replace gasoline powering vehicles, it will power households for decades, make battery life on phones unlimited, and possibly, just possibly, be the first step towards interstellar space travel. "Their are of course going to be many issues with it" says the Romma/Hass science team. "We need to worry about leakage, a suitable containment, disposability... Etc." The Archduke of Rommanda himself wants to especially specify that it's for peaceful uses, nothing to do with warfare. The team, the Archduke of Rommanda, and the Emperor of Hassany celebrated the start of the project by cracking open a few cold ones.

The Great Khanate of Solokstan?

Following the outbreak of anarchy and chaos in Xolox, and the situation not getting any better, the LII. Great Khan of Apepistan and Apokraia, Tarjan Kerkesi, has given out a statement that has turned quite some heads around. During this speech he has declared that he has laid claim to the throne of Xolox, due to dynastic relations between Xolox and the Khanate of Apokraia.
(Crown Princess Marilyn Targaryen of Xolox is matrilineally married to Prince Tytos Lannister of Apocryphi, Karim Tarjan of Apepistan is patrilineally married to Prince Maxa of Apocryphi, and House Tarjan is the ruling dynasty of Apokraia)

The military mobilisation has instantly begun with a starting force of 150.000 troops and armoured vehicles, tanks, etc., being transported to the Northernmost shores of Xolox. The "Old Ally", more widely known as Hassany, is also taking part in the operations. There has been a public agreement between the government of the Great Khanates and Hassany, that  Hassany would get 75% of the gold reserves, fishing rights in the Loxan seas, right to station military units in the area, and one off coast island as their own. Also all the former slaves will be transported to start a new free life in Hassany.

Following an update on the most recent news, Solokstan has been officially renamed to the Apepistani version of the name (Xolox -> Solok), and will be called the Great Khanate of Solokstan.

Therefore what is known as the "Great Khanates" are fully: The United Great Khanates of Apepistan, Apokraia, Solok, Sakalin, Artistan. It is unknown what political changes this will bring.

UNITED FORCES LAND IN XOLOX

Following the decision to take Xolox over, the United Forces of the Great Khanates have landed paratrooper divisions in mainland Xolox to secure key infrastructural points in the nation. The transport ships along with naval support are soon going to be arriving too. The invasion force will be officially led by Selak Tarjan, Khan of Artistan and son of Kerkesi Tarjan.

The local nobility is welcoming the Great Khanates with open arms so far but the rebelling slave population has been showing resistance. The Great Khanates are trying to fight with the least amount of destruction possible and are spreading the following leaflets:

"ATTENTION TO ALL FORMAL SLAVES OF XOLOX

The Great Khanates are NOT your Enemy. We offer you a new life in Hassany with Freedom and Justice. Please surrender to the nearest outpost held by the United Forces of the Great Khanates (U.F.G.K.) immediately.

All civilians are seen as an enemy until surrendered."


On other news, the Great Khanates have invided the representatives of Hassany and Chackle to the Khanate of Sakalin in order to hold diplomatic talks there about the future and cooperation of the 3 nations. The Great Khanates will be represented by Reza Tarjan, Khanum of Sakalin and daughter of Kerkesi Tarjan.

Cleaning the Filth
Tonight marks the arrival of Hassanyian Armed Forces in Xolox. 740 Rudis attack choppers have been released on to the major cities of the land with one objective: neutralize any hostile target ravaging innocents. Commander Nick Pines have been tasked with the operation. "In my opinion, the former Xolox slave army "The Bull" is our biggest concern." Says the commander. "They, although mostly fractured, is the largest hoard of barbarians in the territory. They are largely unpredictable, armed with a large assortment of weapons from assault rifles and rocket launchers to baseball bats and sledge hammers. They are leaderless, emotional less killing machines who aim to see Xolox as their own playground." "I don't believe that these slaves are worth saving."

In the morning the plan is to land around 80,000 infantry soldiers, 450 military jeeps armed with machine guns, at least 3 dozen squads of Rangers to help Apep forces in special areas such as the Capitol building, and a mass of medical teams and equipment for sick and injured citizens and slaves.

Quote from Emperor Charles Himself to a crowd on his declaration of war:
"Today I send fathers, mothers, and their children to go out and risk their very lives in the bowels of Hell. Not for power, not for wealth, not even for our friends in Apepistan. I, no WE, do this because it is the human thing to do! We sit in luxury of clean water and abundant food and resources while widowed women are being beheaded by men with machetes over a can of dog food. We must help cure these people of this immorality and poverty that has came beyond them... It's our duty as a people to help. FOR WE DO NOT FEAR THE EVILS OF THIS WORLD.... WE WRESTLE THEM! AND THEN PIN THEM!"

The Chacklean government has announced today that it does not want Hassany involved in Xolox. President Chris Lubrask stated the following after meeting with Top Military Officials & The Vice President, Hifan Thera.  

Apepistan should only be allowed in Xolox, they have the power and strength to actually hold such corrupt lands. Apepistan and Xolox had such tight relations and that Apepistan also only claimed the land before Hassany

After The People's National Assembly voted, Chackle had later announced that it will send its navy to blockade any Hassanyan military from entering Xolox. Chackle has implemented the blockade to stop them from gaining any control of Xolox territory. President Chris Lubrask also stated this.

Why shall we allow the slaves of Xolox to be transported to Hassany while there are other nations who have superior Civil Rights & Political Freedoms. We propose that the slaves shall be sent to the Democratic Union of Handennosaunee. I have spoken with Prime Minister William Greyowl & his Minister of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship & they both have said that their nation would gladly take in as many Xolox slaves as possible & they insist on negotiations between their delegation & those of Apepistan, Hassany & Chackle.

An Imperial Edict: Regarding the recent international crisis, surge of anarchy and heresy over the former realm of Xolox.


From the high office of the Imperial throne, Chancellor and Administrative Chief of Staff, Count of Legnar made the following address:

“It is indeed a reason for joyous celebration, how diligently we have recovered our sustainability on the field of agriculture in spite of the recent many natural disasters and adverse weather, all thanks to our industry, temperance, unity and unyielding faith of our people in their guiding father and in one another.

And for this very reason, for unity and faith in the threshold of prosperity, so vital to our manifest destiny, that we look with a heavy heart at the situation on the beautiful realms far southwest, where once a proud and sovereign nation stood, now reduced to a land of anarchy, despair and a breeding ground for heresy.

We have always wielded great power, but close to the tenants of our faith we have always worked for peace of understanding between sovereign peoples. Alas, there is only so much we can witness and remain idle.”

While the Chancellor’s address might have been ambiguous at best to many political analysts, the Imperial Joint Chief of Staff’s declarations latter that day were crystal clear, military forces on Rommanda’s home territory and protectorates would be put on Level 2 alert with a mandate to expand the Empire’s defensive perimeter at discretion.

Following a meeting of the Joint Chief of Staff, High Admiral Bazaldua announced the full mobilization of the South Seas Fleet to be deployed along the edge of international waters with the territorial waters of the universally acknowledged defunct realm of Xolox.

While questioned about the support the RAF could provide to the operation, Air Marshall Germonique admitted to the many logistical challenges an operation in so far away skies represents, but clarified that the long range aviation command was more than capable of operations in support of the South Seas Fleet, which carrier groups will work in coordination to provide fighter escorts to both long range reconnaissance flights and strategic bomber patrols.

Without yet specifying whatever these actions are product of the nation’s own accord or if they answer to a formal plea by our allies abroad the Chancellor simply declared:

“We remain consistent with our policies and principles as a nation regardless the times and different factors, in the end we always answer to our own consciousness in the tenants of our faith”.

Hassany blows of threat
After Chackle has officially condemned Hassany and its actions in Xolox, the governments top officials sees it as a minor threat without substance. Analyzers of the the situation sees it as a "minor problem that should be dealt with in some way or another, preferably in peaceful terms, but not to big to worry about." They say that Chackle wouldn't want to start a world war, if conflict breaks loose than it will suck almost all the nations in the region into conflict. Even though its disbelieved Chackle will assault Hassany the Emperor has ordered a Code Yellow Lockdown situation in Caledonia, a Hassanyian controlled city in Chackle. Code Yellow puts all the police forces in the city on alert, and makes officers wear riot gear and carry shotguns and rifles on patrol. Chacklians aren't allowed inside the city until further notice, and all trade has been cut between the city and Chackle. Supply drops will effectively come in to supply the city with necessary resources.

After Hassany had cut trade with Chackle the country stated in a bold stance that it would send highly trained military personnel to surround the Caledonian city occupied by Hassany. Chackle officially ordered that Hassany turns the land back to Chackle to stop any type of war in the city. Chris Lubrask also stated that the trade embargo by Hassany wont even hurt the Chacklean economy as much as it will hurt Hassanies economy. Chackle has announced that it would shoot down any Hassanian aircraft in/or near Chackle. Chackle's vice president, Hifan Thera, said this is response to Hassany.

Hifan Thera wrote:If Hassany wants war, we can deliver, we want them out of our lands and they are not allowed in Chacklean territory and it will stay that way. Chackle will embargo Hassany and is calling all Chackleans home from the country. We will stand to protect our views, Hassany thinks that they are all tough but our military can over throw them if we wanted.

After 5 months of development and 37.9 Trillion dollars wasted on the project the 'Porta Craft 5.5' military satellite. The satellite is able to spot and warn military bases in Chackle of any military threat or missile. It can be used as a anti nuclear missile satellite but is still new technology and is risky at times. Chackle hopes to continue building it while in space.
